Your Coach

Hi, I'm Ki'Hana. (Key-ah-nuh)

I'm a registered nurse, wellness coach, mom, Army veteran, and former competitive bodybuilder—but more importantly, I understand how hard it can be to know what you should be doing for your health and still struggle to make it work in real life. I've experienced wellness through clinical care, military life, motherhood, and competitive fitness. Through all of it, I've learned that health doesn't have to be all-or-nothing to be effective. That's why I created Summit Glow. I wanted to create a different kind of wellness support—one that helps women understand their bodies, cut through conflicting advice, and build realistic nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits without living on a diet or making fitness their entire life.

Coaching philosophy

Health isn't a destination. It's how you live.

I don't believe in quick fixes, extreme plans, or starting over every Monday. I believe wellness should fit into your life—not require your life to revolve around it.

As a nurse, mother, and someone who has experienced my own health and fitness transformation, I understand that knowing what to do and finding a way to do it consistently are two very different things. Life is busy. Responsibilities pile up. And somewhere between taking care of everyone else and managing everything on your plate, it's easy to put your own health last. But I believe you deserve better than another restrictive plan or a list of things you should be doing. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. That's why my approach begins with you—your body, your goals, your challenges, and the life you're actually living. Together, we focus on intentional changes, practical education, and sustainable habits that help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Because lasting change isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about finding what works for you and building from there.

The summit is different for everyone. My role is to help you find yours—and give you the support, education, and tools to keep moving toward it.

Personalized, not one-size-fits-all
Evidence-based guidance, not trends or fads
Compassionate accountability, not judgment
Progress without overwhelm

My story

My Transformation Was About More Than My Body

It started with wanting to feel like myself again.

After having my last child, I found myself in a place I never expected. I was physically exhausted, struggling with high blood pressure, and feeling disconnected from the woman I was outside of being a wife and mother.

I loved my family deeply, but I didn't have the energy to enjoy motherhood the way I wanted to. I was uncomfortable in my clothes, lacked confidence, and somewhere along the way, my identity and self-worth had become tied to the roles I filled for everyone else.

During an Army leadership course, an instructor asked us to describe ourselves without using any of our titles. Not as a wife, mother, nurse, or soldier. Just who we were as individuals.

I couldn't answer.

Then the instructor asked what we liked about ourselves.

Again, I had no answer.

That moment stayed with me. I had spent so much time caring for others and fulfilling responsibilities that I no longer knew how to describe the woman underneath all those titles.

I also remember walking back to our car after a day at the beach with my family. We had a hill to climb, and I couldn't even carry the kids' beach toys. I was so out of breath that my husband had to carry everything. I could barely get myself up that hill.

I was scared.

I was accustomed to pushing through difficult things, but that day I physically couldn't push any harder. I had reached my limit.

As a nurse, I understood the risks associated with high blood pressure. I realized this wasn't simply about losing weight or changing my appearance. I needed to make my health a priority.

I didn't just want to look different. I wanted my energy back. My confidence. My sense of self.

My journey started with walking, monitoring my blood pressure, and tracking my nutrition. I began making small, intentional changes and started seeing progress.

But life was still complicated. I had responsibilities, competing priorities, and moments when staying consistent was difficult.

So I hired a coach.

Not because I didn't understand nutrition or exercise, but because I needed someone in my corner. Someone who could adjust my plan when life changed, hold me accountable, and challenge me when I started making excuses.

I didn't have to figure everything out alone anymore.

What began as a commitment to improving my health eventually grew into a passion for fitness and competitive bodybuilding, where I became an overall figure champion.

I'm incredibly proud of that accomplishment, but the most meaningful transformation happened long before I ever stepped on stage.

It was finding my confidence again, rebuilding my strength, and rediscovering who I was beyond the roles I fulfilled.

Why I Created Summit Glow

My journey taught me that knowing what to do and having the support to consistently do it are two very different things.

When I hired a coach, I wasn't looking for someone to do the work for me. I needed someone in my corner—someone who understood my goals, helped me navigate challenges, and held me accountable when I needed it most.

That experience helped shape the vision for Summit Glow Concierge.

I wanted to create a space where people feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their health. Where guidance is personalized, progress is sustainable, and accountability comes with compassion—not judgment.

Because I know firsthand that lasting change isn't always about trying harder. Sometimes it's about having the right plan, the right support, and someone who believes in what you're capable of.

Your summit doesn't have to look like mine. It just has to mean something to you.
